• Troubleshoot product or service issues and offer effective solutions

Requirements
 

• Must be located within the United States (fully remote role)
  
  
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  
  
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
  
  
• Positive and professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office environment
  
  
• Previous customer support experience is helpful but not required
