About the Role 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (Dutch-speaking) who’s passionate about building long-term client relationships and helping customers achieve measurable results. 

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients across the Netherlands — empowering them to grow through Publitas’ powerful digital publishing solutions.  What You’ll Do 

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients and drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  
  
• Onboard new customers and guide them toward success from day one.
  
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  
  
• Identify opportunities for growth and help clients maximize their ROI.
  
  
• Provide proactive communication, insights, and problem-solving to minimize churn.
  
  

What We’re Looking For
 

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS roles.
  
  
• Fluent Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  
  
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
  
  
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems.
