We are not looking for a routine social media manager who follows a content calendar. We are looking for a Director of Media who can build and lead a powerful brand and content ecosystem. This role goes far beyond posting content. It is about creating momentum, shaping narratives, and building a long-term media presence that influences culture and behavior. 

You will have the freedom to propose bold and unconventional ideas, along with the resources to execute them at a high standard. Your mission will be to bridge the influence of David Laroche’s personal brand with the long-term institutional strength of Paradox as a company brand. 

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and execute a dual-brand strategy: growing a strong personal brand while simultaneously building a standalone company brand that can thrive independently over time. You will challenge industry conventions, move beyond generic best practices, and search for original angles, formats, and stories that truly stand out. 

We are looking for someone who not only generates ideas but also executes them. You will be directly involved in scripting, production, and delivery, ensuring that creative concepts are transformed into high-quality, impactful media. 

This is a full-time role, open to remote work or based in our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Fluency in both French and English is required.

Your Mission 

Your mission is to transform a personal brand into a top-tier media platform and position Paradox as a leading company brand in the personal growth space. You will lead the content engine through creative leadership, not administrative management. Your goal is to produce content that is original, distinctive, and aligned with Paradox’s values, setting a new standard in the industry.  

Key Responsibilities 

You will design and execute a dual-brand strategy that strengthens both David Laroche’s personal brand and the Paradox company brand without overlap or dilution. You will develop original content formats, such as long-form series, documentary-style content, and innovative short-form storytelling, to differentiate Paradox from conventional self-help media. 

You will oversee the full content production process, from concept and scripting to final delivery. This includes defining narratives, supervising production, and ensuring the final output matches the creative vision. You will assemble and manage the right creative talent when needed to execute ambitious projects. 

You will lead the internal content team by setting high creative standards, defining the pace of production, and ensuring consistent quality across all platforms. You will provide clear artistic direction and act as the final quality gate before content is published. 

You will collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams to ensure content contributes directly to business objectives. This includes analyzing performance metrics such as audience retention, click-through rates, and conversion performance, and using these insights to continuously refine content strategy.  

Profile We Are Looking For 

You have a proven track record of building or scaling a media brand, personal brand, or content platform to a meaningful audience size. You understand how attention, engagement, and retention work in digital media. You have experience leading creative teams and giving constructive feedback that improves both quality and performance. 

You are skilled in storytelling and scripting, capable of writing compelling hooks and structuring content that keeps audiences engaged over long-form formats. You have worked in environments where content was expected to drive measurable business outcomes, not just visibility. 

You care deeply about quality and details, and you hold high creative standards. You are interested in human psychology and understand what motivates people to engage, share, and take action. You are hands-on, able to move from strategy to execution without hesitation, and you adapt quickly based on performance data rather than personal attachment to ideas. 

Fluency in French and English is required. Written communication within the company is conducted in English.
