   What You'll Do 
 

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients for OpenCraft’s open-source software services. 
  • Manage client relationships, conduct sales meetings, and deliver presentations. 
  • Communicate with potential clients asynchronously via email and collaboration tools. 
  • Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. 
  • Contribute to business development strategies and revenue growth. 

What We’re Looking For 
 

  • Experience in B2B sales and account management. 
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). 
  • Ability to hold meetings, present solutions, and build client trust. 
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset. 
  • Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous team using tools like Jira and GitLab. 

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required) 
 

  • Knowledge of the education sector, MOOCs, or Open edX. 
  • Technical background or experience in software engineering. 
  • Experience in content writing, blogging, or online community engagement. 
  • Familiarity with project planning tools like Trello, GitLab, or Jira. 

Compensation & Benefits 
 

  • Hourly-based, flexible contract (part-time to full-time). 
  • Fair, self-set compensation – you choose your rate (including benefits like vacation & healthcare). 
  • Annual company-wide raises based on OpenCraft’s performance.
