About the Role 

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and lead the design efforts across new and existing products. Since our founding in 2008, we've grown into a fully distributed team of over 100 talented professionals, all driven by a shared passion for quality and innovation. 

As a designer at OnTheGoSystems, you will turn complex product challenges into elegant, user-centered designs that make a global impact.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead UX/UI design for current and future products
  
  
• Work closely with product and development teams to define design needs
  
  
• Conduct user research, interviews, testing, and usability studies
  
  
• Make design decisions informed by user behavior and data
  
  
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize solutions
  
  
• Maintain design consistency across digital assets, including typography, layouts, and brand colors
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and executives
  
  

Requirements
 

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
  
  
• Proven experience designing mass-market digital products
  
  
• Proficient in Figma and modern design tools
  
  
• Strong skills in usability testing, from planning to analysis
  
  
• Ability to derive actionable insights from user research and feedback
  
  
• Familiarity with research methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, surveys, interviews)
  
  
• Experience working with WordPress
