OnTheGoSystems is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for our products. Role and Responsibilities 

• Lead UX/UI design for existing and upcoming products. 
• Collaborate with the product team to understand design requirements. 
• Conduct user interviews, testing, and usability studies. 
• Base design decisions on user behavior data rather than subjective opinions. 
• Develop wireframes and prototypes for user experiences. 
• Maintain brand consistency in digital design, including typography, colors, and layout. 
• Work closely with development teams, including technical professionals and executives. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience designing products for mass markets. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a UX/UI role. 
• Proficiency in Figma. 
• Strong background in usability testing, including planning, conducting, and analyzing tests. 
• Ability to interpret user feedback and research to guide design decisions. 
• Experience with user research methods like interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and remote usability testing. 
• Familiarity with WordPress.
