About the Role 

Are you passionate about working with LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude? Do you want to lead the development of an AI-powered customer support system that truly makes a difference? 

We’re building a next-generation AI support assistant to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. You'll lead the integration of AI, fine-tune prompts, connect APIs, and collaborate across departments. This is a long-term, evolving project, not a one-time build.  

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and integrate AI into our support workflows
  
  
• Design systems that intelligently decide when AI can resolve an issue or escalate to a human
  
  
• Continuously train and fine-tune LLMs for improved accuracy and performance
  
  
• Collaborate with support and documentation teams for effective implementation
  
  
• Build reliable systems with scalability, testing, and automation in mind
  
  

What We’re Looking For
 

• 5+ years of software development experience (we use PHP, Node.js, and Python)
  
  
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and automated testing
  
  
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI system design
  
  
• A problem-solver mindset with persistence and a drive for results
  
  
• Fluent written English for support-related communication
  
  
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
