Account Manager (Entry-Level)

NoGigiddy is looking for a customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will build and maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in account management and customer service. No college degree is required, but strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Effective Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Account Coordination – Assist in managing client accounts, including account setup, renewals, and updating client information.

  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve client issues proactively to enhance the customer experience.

  • Performance Reporting – Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.

  • Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.

  • Client Onboarding – Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary resources and information.

  • Feedback Collection – Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written abilities.

  • Customer Service Expertise – Ability to understand and fulfill client needs.

  • Organizational Skills – Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

  • Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

  • Problem-Solving Ability – Proactively identify and resolve client concerns.

  • Time Management – Ability to meet deadlines and handle responsibilities efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is an advantage.

  • Experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a bonus.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Remote Position – Work from anywhere with flexibility.

  • Collaboration – Regular virtual meetings with the sales and support teams.

  • Tools & Technology – Use of email, video conferencing, and CRM software for communication and workflow management.

Salary Range

  • $20 to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
