Tennessee Licensed Therapist – 100% Remote

Mindoula Health is looking for licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Tennessee to join our Substance Use Disorder Program, remotely supporting substance-exposed members. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you are licensed in Tennessee.

Our program focuses on prenatal, postpartum care, and supporting substance-exposed living populations. You will join a family-focused, collaborative team that strives to make a lasting impact on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, particularly those affected by substance-exposed pregnancy and living situations.

Your Role

  • Biopsychosocial Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals and groups within the substance use disorder treatment settings.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide individual and group therapy to clients, especially adolescents and adults, addressing their substance use issues.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to create tailored, effective care plans.
  • Referrals & Advocacy: Identify opportunities for social service referrals and advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met within the healthcare system.
  • Documentation & KPI Achievement: Maintain detailed records of assessments, care plans, and referrals, while working toward key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide insights to help ensure safe care transitions.

  • Compensation: Potential to earn up to $75,000 annually based on clinical hours, plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensed in Tennessee.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience working with substance abuse populations, especially maternal and adolescent substance abuse.
  • Familiarity: Experience with Medicaid, Medicare procedures, and remote work.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for supporting vulnerable populations.
