Executive Account Director

Medline Industries is hiring an Executive Account Director to lead its sales efforts within assigned key health systems, covering hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and post-acute care. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone with at least five years of sales experience (or eight years without a bachelor's degree) who can build consultative relationships across a large health system organization. The position is based in the United States and pays between $134,000 and $201,000 per year.

What you will do

• Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within your assigned territory.
• Learn all phases of the customer's business, then work with Medline sales teams, specialists, and product divisions to lead the implementation of strategies that introduce Medline programs and products matching the customer's needs.
• Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customers within the health system organizations.
• Respond to and implement changes and new information that affect the customer.

What they are looking for

• A bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience, or 8 years of sales experience.
• Experience in a full-cycle sales environment.
• At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills, such as applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, and changing chart style or formatting font.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills, such as inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, or adjusting table columns.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, such as using the SUM function, setting borders and column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers, and print scaling.

Pay and benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $134,000.00 to $201,000.00 per year. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
