We are hiring a highly experienced and driven Senior DevOps/Security Engineer to join our founding engineering team. This is not a standard DevOps role. You will design and own the secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure that powers our autonomous marketing platform. As our first dedicated DevOps and Security hire, you will shape the technical foundation from day one, ensuring our platform can scale securely while delivering a seamless experience to customers. 

We’re looking for a builder with a strong vision for reliability and security—someone who enjoys creating systems that can operate at enterprise scale while enabling customers to compete and grow effectively. 

Your Impact: 

Build the Foundation: Architect and deploy a highly scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation. This will serve as the backbone for supporting thousands of businesses. 

Automate at Scale: Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure deployment of AI models and application services. 

Secure by Design: Establish a comprehensive security framework from the ground up, safeguarding customer data and platform integrity while aligning with standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR. 

Power Rapid Growth: Design systems for high availability, performance, and scale to support rapid customer onboarding without compromising reliability or user experience. 

Operational Intelligence: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions that provide deep visibility into system health and performance, enabling proactive optimization and fast incident response. 

Who You Are: 

You are a seasoned DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer with over five years of experience and a security-first mindset. You have deep expertise in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible. 

You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments and take ownership of building resilient systems from the ground up. You are motivated by more than a job title—you want to be part of a mission-driven team with proven leadership, working to redefine an entire industry.
