Key Responsibilities of the Role

🔹 Lead & Manage a Sales Team – Supervise 6-12 sales representatives.
🔹 Content Creation & Strategy – Develop engaging content as part of sales initiatives.
🔹 Sales Strategy & Data Analysis – Improve sales processes using performance insights.

This position requires creative thinking, teamwork, and strong negotiation skills. Emotional intelligence and psychology-based selling techniques are highly valued, as the role involves negotiations and objection handling.

What You Need to Succeed

✔ Availability: 5-7 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
✔ Adaptability: Open-minded and eager to learn.
✔ Remote & In-Person Flexibility: Ability to work online and attend in-person workshops in Dubai.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Background in Salesforce, team management, or content creation is a plus.
✔ US Natives Preferred: A deep understanding of US culture, trends, and consumer behavior is essential.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

💰 Base Salary: $2,000/month (increases over time).
💰 Performance-Based Earnings:
🔹 Intermediate Performers: $3,000 – $6,000/month.
🔹 Top Performers: $6,000 – $10,000+/month (No earnings cap!).
