• Leading a Team: Manage and mentor a team of 6-12 sales representatives, ensuring optimal performance.
• Content Development: Create light content to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
• Strategy & Analytics: Analyze data to refine sales strategies, improve workflows, and boost results.

This role demands creativity, emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills. Understanding U.S. culture and trends is essential for crafting effective strategies and connecting with clients.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring the following attributes and qualifications:

• Availability: Commitment to a flexible schedule, 5-7 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Adaptability: An open mind and the ability to work both remotely and in-person at workshops in Dubai.
• Relevant Experience: Background in Salesforce, team management, or content creation is a strong advantage.
• Cultural Insight: A deep understanding of U.S. pop culture and trends.
• Communication Skills: Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills for handling negotiations and objections.
• Preferred Candidate: U.S. natives preferred due to the focus on U.S. markets.
