Remote Customer Support Specialist II

LeadSimple is seeking a Customer Support Representative II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and help customers maximize their use of our SaaS platform. This role focuses on problem resolution, product adoption, and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing property management software company. 

Role Overview 

  • Handle Tier 2 support issues, resolving technical problems efficiently. 
  • Provide customer-centric support, ensuring a smooth user experience. 
  • Develop expertise in LeadSimple’s features and capabilities to guide users effectively. 
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless issue resolution and product improvements. 
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by updating or writing at least one help article per month. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2-5 years of customer support experience (B2B SaaS preferred). 
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with engineering teams. 
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and own outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • North America time zone availability (applications outside the US accepted).
