The Role

As an SEO Apprentice, you’ll dive into the world of SEO and digital marketing with the support of our experienced team. You’ll learn everything from keyword research to backlink strategies and help us scale our traffic across multiple websites. The role is highly technical and offers tons of creative problem-solving opportunities. You’ll get paid to learn, experiment, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn SEO: Absorb everything we teach you about SEO and continuously improve by exploring new techniques and strategies online (we’ll cover your course/coaching costs).
• Deploy What You Learn: Apply new knowledge and strategies to improve our website traffic and SEO efforts.
• Systematize & Automate: Develop systems and workflows to streamline SEO processes across all our branded sites.
• Innovate: Regularly come up with new ideas to improve SEO performance, traffic, and content quality.
• Collaborate: Work with other teams to ensure our SEO strategies align with our broader goals and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• No Experience Needed: We hire based on potential, not existing knowledge. If you're a curious, driven person, we want to hear from you.
• Tech-Savvy: You should have an interest in the technical side of SEO – dealing with website backends, AI automations, and backlink outreach.
• Problem-Solver: You’ll need to find creative ways to increase traffic and improve SEO strategies.
• Autonomous & Self-Driven: You’ll be working independently, so you need to be proactive and able to manage your time effectively.
