InGenius Prep is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and data-driven CRM and Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts and CRM performance. If you’re passionate about customer engagement, segmentation, and persuasive email storytelling — and love working remotely in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-performing email campaigns across newsletters, promos, and lifecycle funnels
  
  
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement
  
  
• Develop lifecycle strategies that enhance customer journeys
  
  
• Build and optimize automation workflows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement) via Hubspot
  
  
• Write persuasive and brand-aligned email content focused on conversion
  
  
• Track and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, unsubscribes) weekly
  
  
• Maintain CRM health with clean data, proper tagging, and lead scoring
  
  
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times
  
  
• Ensure all email practices follow current compliance guidelines
  
  
• Analyze user behavior data to boost engagement and retention
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
  
  
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing and CRM management
  
  
• Strong writing skills and understanding of brand voice
  
  
• Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM tools
  
  
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  
  
• Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking
  
  
• Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative, remote-first teams
  
  
• Bonus: Experience with multi-channel marketing (SMS, push)
  
  

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience
