Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager with deep Amazon FBA expertise—someone who loves building growth strategies, solving complex problems, and executing with precision and urgency.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Organic Ranking Expertise: Launch strategies, ranking systems, and algorithm understanding

  • Amazon PPC Mastery: Strategy + hands-on execution; must have managed budgets of $50K+/month

  • Brand Management Experience: Managed private label brands generating at least $10M/year

  • Operations Knowledge: Strong grasp of COGS, fees, inventory management, and P&L optimization

  • Catalog Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced Seller Central catalog issues

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly strategy calls and ensure client progress

  • Solve Amazon operational challenges and guide clients through key initiatives

  • Track progress and outline clear next steps

  • Provide daily support via Slack and email

  • Improve internal consulting systems and processes

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Full-time, fully remote role

  • Minimum 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience managing brands with $10M+ annual revenue

  • Proven PPC experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend

  • Expert-level proficiency in Seller Central

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Proactive, positive, client-focused attitude

  • Fluent English

  • Highly ambitious, disciplined, and motivated to maximize earnings
