Who We’re Looking For
 
We’re hiring a Senior Amazon Brand Manager with deep expertise in Amazon FBA. You should enjoy building growth strategies, solving complex operational challenges, and moving fast with precision in a high-performance environment.


Key Skills & Experience
 

  • Organic Ranking Expertise: Product launch frameworks, ranking strategies, and algorithm-level understanding

  • Amazon PPC Mastery: Strategy and execution experience managing $50,000+ monthly ad spend

  • Brand Leadership: Experience managing private label brands generating $10M+ in annual revenue

  • Operations & Profitability: Strong understanding of COGS, fees, inventory planning, and P&L optimization

  • Catalog Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex Amazon catalog issues

Responsibilities
 

  • Lead weekly strategy calls with clients to drive progress and outcomes

  • Solve high-impact Amazon challenges and guide clients through critical growth initiatives

  • Track milestones and provide clear, actionable next steps

  • Provide daily client support via Slack and email

  • Contribute to improving internal consulting frameworks and systems

  • Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews

Qualifications
 

  • Full-time, fully remote position

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience managing brands doing $10M+ in annual revenue

  • Proven PPC management experience with $50,000+ monthly budgets

  • Advanced Seller Central proficiency

  • Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills

  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English

  • Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earning potential
