We are looking for a highly driven and results-focused Growth Lead to scale user acquisition and, most critically, increase the conversion of free users into paid subscribers for our new web application. In this role, you will own and design the entire conversion funnel, using data-backed strategies to improve engagement and accelerate revenue growth.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to convert free users into paid subscribers, including identifying conversion touchpoints, creating targeted campaigns, and deploying effective messaging and incentives.

  • Analyze user behavior to uncover conversion opportunities. Track key metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize the user journey.

  • Plan and launch targeted email marketing, in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns to nurture free users and drive upgrades. Create persuasive copy and personalized offers for different user segments.

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine onboarding flows and enhance the overall user experience, ensuring a smooth transition from free to paid.

  • Produce and manage high-impact marketing content such as landing pages, blog articles, and social media campaigns that reinforce the value of paid subscriptions and address user objections.

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to drive qualified traffic to free trials and subscription pages, maximizing ROI.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth, sharing actionable insights with leadership.

  • Stay current with growth marketing trends and best practices in the SaaS subscription space, continuously testing and iterating to improve performance.

  • Design and optimize referral programs and user-driven acquisition strategies.

  • Implement customer segmentation frameworks to tailor messaging and offers, with a strong focus on maximizing conversion rates.

Requirements
 

  • Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and significantly improving free-to-paid conversion rates.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide marketing decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.

  • Proven expertise in A/B testing and funnel optimization.

  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.
