Position: Growth Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth Lead to accelerate user acquisition and maximize free-to-paid conversions for our new web platform. You’ll own the entire conversion funnel, using data-driven experimentation to turn users into loyal subscribers and scale recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversion Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies that drive free-to-paid conversions through targeted campaigns, incentive design, and messaging optimization.
  
  
• User Insights: Analyze behavioral data, identify friction points, and run A/B tests to continuously improve conversion performance.
  
  
• Lifecycle Marketing: Build and automate email sequences, in-app messages, and personalized user journeys to nurture and convert leads.
  
  
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to streamline onboarding and optimize the customer experience.
  
  
• Content & Campaigns: Create persuasive landing pages, blogs, and ad campaigns that communicate product value and address user objections.
  
  
• Paid Media: Plan and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and conversions.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for user acquisition, activation, and retention; present actionable insights to leadership.
  
  
• Experimentation: Stay ahead of SaaS and subscription growth trends, testing new tactics to improve funnel efficiency.
  
  
• Referral & Retention: Launch referral programs and segmentation-based offers to boost engagement and long-term customer value.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven success in increasing user acquisition and improving free-to-paid conversion rates.
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven growth marketing.
  
  
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar.
  
  
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  
  
• Experience in SaaS or B2B subscription-based businesses preferred.
  
  
• Skilled in A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
