About the Role 

Credit Joy is expanding its inbound sales team and looking for motivated, English-fluent sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. This is a fully remote role serving clients across the United States. If you’re confident on the phone, disciplined with follow-ups, and driven by results, this opportunity is for you. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle 20–30 inbound calls daily from qualified leads
  
  
• Lead structured sales conversations and close deals consistently
  
  
• Achieve an average of 3+ sales per day
  
  
• Follow established scripts, processes, and CRM workflows
  
  
• Work closely with your sales coach to meet weekly and monthly targets
  
  

Requirements
 

• Prior experience in sales, call centers, or commission-based roles
  
  
• Clear, professional, and confident spoken English
  
  
• Strong closing skills and comfort with phone-based sales
  
  
• Stable high-speed wired internet and a quiet work environment
  
  
• Laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM) plus headset with microphone
  
  
• Self-driven, coachable, and reliable

Remote sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
