Role Overview 

Credit Joy is currently hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join its growing inbound sales team. This full-time position is open to professionals worldwide who are fluent in English and comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment. The role focuses on assisting potential clients, conducting structured sales conversations, and converting qualified leads into paying customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will handle approximately 20–30 inbound calls per day from qualified leads and guide potential customers through the company’s credit restoration services. Your goal will be to run structured sales conversations, consistently close deals, and maintain an average of three or more successful sales per day. 

You will follow established sales scripts, workflows, and CRM systems while working closely with a sales coach to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets. 

Requirements 

The ideal candidate has previous experience in sales, call centers, or commission-based roles and possesses strong communication skills in English. You should feel confident speaking on the phone, managing sales conversations, and closing deals. 

Candidates must have a reliable high-speed wired internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer with at least 8GB RAM along with a headset and microphone. Self-motivation, consistency, and the ability to follow structured sales processes are essential for success in this role. 

Compensation and Benefits 

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing high-performing representatives to significantly increase their earnings. Top sales performers typically earn between $3,000 and $5,000 or more per month.
