How the Network Works 

This is not a single job role but an application to join an exclusive talent network. Once accepted: 

•  You’ll be matched with projects based on your skills 
•  Most assignments range from 5–10 hours, with potential for longer engagements 
•  Occasionally, full-time roles may also be offered 
•  You’ll be contacted whenever a suitable opportunity arises 

Application Process
 
To become part of the network, you’ll go through:
 

• Portfolio Review – Evaluation of your Contra profile, focusing on product design for web and mobile apps 
• Video Interview – A short recording explaining your experience and design approach 
• Skills Assessment – A brief task (e.g., reviewing AI-generated UI or giving structured feedback) 

Key Responsibilities
 
As a Product Designer in the network, you may:
 

•  Review and evaluate AI-generated UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms 
•  Provide structured, actionable feedback on layout, hierarchy, usability, and accessibility 
•  Help define design standards and creative benchmarks for AI-powered tools 
•  Contribute to research on design trends, including shared best practices vs. individual creativity

Requirements
 

•  A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design work
•  Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, including information architecture and micro-interactions 
•  Ability to deliver clear, constructive design feedback
•  Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments
•  Familiarity with AI or modern design tools is a plus
