Role Overview

Close is hiring a Customer Success Associate (CSA) to support customer retention and growth. In this role, you will work with a variety of startups and scaling businesses, helping them successfully adopt and use the Close platform. Instead of managing fixed accounts, you’ll engage with new customers daily, including founders and executives, acting as a trusted advisor.

Your main responsibility will be to proactively connect with customers, conduct account reviews, and guide them in building effective sales processes within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Onboard and train new customers virtually 
  •  Proactively reach out to high-potential users 
  •  Conduct account reviews and improve customer success strategies 
  •  Communicate via email, calls, Zoom, and other platforms 
  •  Identify upsell and expansion opportunities 
  •  Collaborate with sales and success teams for smooth transitions 
  •  Host group training sessions, demos, and office hours 
  •  Create helpful content like FAQs, guides, and videos 
  •  Engage with users via community platforms and support tools 

Requirements

  •  At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS
  •  Background in sales or CRM tools is highly preferred 
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment 
  •  Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills 
  •  High emotional intelligence and customer empathy 
  •  Experience working in startups (remote experience preferred) 
  •  Must be based in the U.S. and fluent in English
