About the Role 

Binary & Co is currently seeking a Digital Advertising Account Manager to join the team on either a permanent or contract basis. This is a part-time remote role offering significant flexibility. Team members can work from anywhere and have control over their work schedule within reasonable limits. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of their work, and delivering measurable results for clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

The Digital Advertising Account Manager will manage multiple client accounts and oversee the performance of their digital advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include setting up and optimizing advertising accounts, managing campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and improving overall campaign performance. 

The role also involves creating reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio or Google Sheets, and meeting with clients through Google Meet to review campaign performance and discuss strategy and next steps. 

Required Skills and Experience 

Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with programmatic advertising is considered a plus. 

Applicants should also have experience working with Google Analytics, including account setup and performance analysis, and a basic understanding of Google Tag Manager, including tag and event implementation. 

Additional experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Bigin is beneficial. Knowledge of Google Data Studio or API-based reporting tools, as well as familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, is also preferred. 

Candidates should be comfortable using Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and have experience working with project management platforms like Basecamp or Trello. 

Soft Skills 

The ideal candidate should have a professional and proactive attitude with strong communication skills. They should be able to explain complex marketing concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way and collaborate effectively with different levels of management. 

The role requires strong time-management abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining accountability for results. Curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine desire to improve campaign performance are highly valued.
