Biasly is a media analysis platform that delivers real-time bias ratings for news outlets and individual articles. Using in-depth analytics, Biasly evaluates political perspectives and policy positions to help readers better understand how news is framed. The platform aggregates live coverage from thousands of news sources and offers free email subscriptions to keep users informed.  

Biasly is offering a UX Web Design Internship for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in user experience and web design within a media and political news environment. This remote internship is flexible and can be structured to meet university internship or academic credit requirements, where applicable. 

The internship requires a total commitment of 150 hours, with a recommended workload of 10–15 hours per week, allowing most interns to complete the program within 10–15 weeks (or sooner, depending on availability). 

This is a learning-focused opportunity designed to help interns develop practical UX design skills through guided training and real-world projects.  

What You’ll Learn & Do 

As part of the internship training program, you will gain exposure to multiple aspects of UX design while contributing to live projects, including: 

• Designing and refining website pages using Figma
  
  
• Conducting user surveys and gathering feedback to improve user experience
  
  
• Participating in structured UX design training and applying best practices to real tasks
  
  

Qualifications
 

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Compensation
 
This is an unpaid internship that offers valuable real-world experience and the opportunity to earn academic credit where applicable. Interns will gain practical skills, portfolio-worthy project experience, and exposure to UX design in a live product environment.
