Lively, a Best Buy Health brand, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can turn every inbound call into a meaningful conversation—and a life‑enhancing solution. You will match customers and caregivers with the right safety devices, service plans, and add‑ons that fit their unique needs. Your consultative approach, active listening skills, and drive for results will determine your success.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $19 per hour

  • Uncapped commission: Average total earnings $53,000–$55,000 per year, with top performers earning more

Work location

  • Fully remote with occasional onsite collaboration at the Best Buy Health office

  • Candidates must live within commuting distance of Reno, Nevada

What You Will Do

  • Answer a high volume of inbound sales and activation calls during your scheduled shifts

  • Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend Lively products and services that fit those needs

  • Close sales on devices, upgrades, and value‑added services to maximize customer value

  • Become an expert on Lively’s product lineup, pricing, and promotions

  • Keep your remote workstation running smoothly (multiple monitors, docking station, VPN, CRM tools)

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

  • Use sales tools and software efficiently and adopt new systems as they roll out

  • Incorporate coaching and feedback to sharpen your sales approach

  • Activate new lines of service for devices purchased through retail partners as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience

  • At least 1 year working directly with customers, leveraging interpersonal skills

  • Proven record of meeting or beating performance metrics for at least 1 year

  • Comfortable multitasking on a computer, navigating several applications, and using Microsoft Office and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call‑center sales experience (inbound preferred)

  • Familiarity with Costguard, Salesforce, Microsoft Analytics CRM, or similar sales platforms
