As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first voice customers hear when they call to learn about our medical alert devices, wearable monitors, and mobile plans. Your consultative approach will guide families to the right solutions while driving revenue for a company committed to well‑being.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers during scheduled shifts.

  • Listen actively to uncover safety and health needs, then recommend the best product, plan, and add‑on services.

  • Close sales on devices, upgrades, and value‑added subscriptions with confidence and clarity.

  • Master product knowledge—features, limitations, pricing, and current promotions.

  • Maintain your remote workstation (multiple monitors, docking station, VPN, CRM tools) to keep calls seamless.

  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rate, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

  • Adopt new tools and processes quickly as we refine our sales stack.

  • Activate new service lines for devices purchased through retail partners when needed.

What Sets You Up for Success

Basic Qualifications

  • At least one year of sales experience with performance goals.

  • One year interfacing directly with customers and resolving needs.

  • Proven record of hitting or beating clearly defined metrics.

  • Comfort working across multiple applications and Microsoft Office tools simultaneously.

Preferred Extras

  • Call‑center or inbound phone‑sales background.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Costguard, Salesforce, or Microsoft Analytics.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $19/hour base plus unlimited commission. Typical annual earnings range $53,000–$55,000, with top performers well above.

  • Remote role with occasional on‑site collaboration at the Best Buy Health office—candidates must live within commuting distance of Reno, Nevada.

  • Various shift options, including four 10‑hour days and no Sunday work.

  • Weekend pay differential and periodic sales contests.
