The Role: Account Executive 

We’re seeking a proactive Account Executive to drive growth by managing the full sales cycle—from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals for both freelance contract and full-time hiring solutions. This role demands sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping companies solve critical talent challenges. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end sales process for qualified leads, from initial outreach through negotiation and deal closure.

  • Qualify and Discover: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, technical requirements, budget, and timelines, ensuring an ideal product-market fit.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with our Matching Team to communicate client needs, receive candidate matches, and move deals forward efficiently.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain consultative, professional relationships with new and prospective clients.

  • Master the Product: Gain deep expertise in Arc.dev’s value proposition, including our vetting process, HireAI matching technology, and flexible engagement models (freelance, full-time, dedicated teams).

  • Process Excellence: Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
 

  • Experience: 2+ years in client-facing sales roles (Account Executive, Sales Development, or similar).

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.

  • Mindset: Highly coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Drive: Results-focused, self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Availability: Must be able to take discovery calls and engage with leads during standard working hours.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
 

  • Background in Technology (SaaS, platform, or development services).

  • Experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or Talent Marketplace environments.
