We are seeking a driven and results-focused Account Executive to play a central role in our growth. In this position, you will manage the complete sales process, from qualifying inbound leads to successfully closing deals across both contract-based and full-time hiring solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales execution with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping companies solve complex hiring challenges. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, managing qualified leads from first contact through negotiation and closing. You will conduct structured discovery calls during working hours to understand client goals, technical needs, timelines, and budget requirements, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and Arc.dev’s solutions. 

You will collaborate closely with internal matching and recruiting teams to communicate client requirements clearly, review candidate matches, and move deals forward efficiently. You will build professional, consultative relationships with new and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. 

You will develop deep expertise in Arc.dev’s offerings, including the talent vetting process, HireAI matching technology, and flexible engagement models such as freelance, full-time, and dedicated team solutions. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM, demonstrating strong organization, follow-through, and time management. 

Qualifications and Requirements 

You have at least two years of relevant experience in sales or a client-facing commercial role such as Account Executive, Sales Development Representative, or similar. You communicate clearly and confidently in professional English, both verbally and in writing, and can explain complex solutions in a simple, compelling way. 

You are coachable, open to feedback, and proactive about improving both your own performance and team processes. You are results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets. You are available during standard working hours to engage promptly with inbound leads and conduct discovery calls. 

Nice to Have 

Experience in the technology sector, including SaaS platforms or development services, is a strong advantage. Prior exposure to recruiting, staffing, or talent marketplace environments is also highly valued.
