About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will lead the sales process from start to finish—prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with organizations aligned with our mission.
You’ll play a key role in expanding Yoko Co’s reach and deepening our impact.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mission-driven organizations.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, and closing.

  • Screen potential clients to ensure cultural and service alignment.

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for transparency and reporting.

  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in the sales process.

  • Occasionally assist in supporting internal sales initiatives and paperwork.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
 

  • Have 3+ years of experience selling digital services like websites, marketing, or strategy (preferably at an agency).

  • Are comfortable with WordPress and digital technologies.

  • Love engaging with people and understanding their missions.

  • Can simplify complex digital solutions for executives and technical audiences.

  • Act proactively, solve problems independently, and seize opportunities.

  • Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally across all platforms.

  • Are highly organized and familiar with CRM tools.

Bonus Skills
 

  • Experience in the nonprofit, association, or purpose-driven sectors.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Active involvement in professional or mission-driven communities.
