Your Role and Responsibilities 

As the Chatting and Sales Team Leader, your core responsibility will be managing and optimizing a team of 20+ Chat Managers. You will guide the team to achieve sales targets, develop their skills, and ensure top-notch performance. 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of virtual assistants to work cohesively and efficiently. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high productivity and sales goals. 
  • Talent Development: Train new hires and upskill existing team members to build a high-performing sales team. 
  • Quality Control: Oversee the recruitment and replacement of chat agents to maintain exceptional team standards. 
  • Sales Strategy: Master and teach text-based sales communication to build stronger customer relationships and increase conversions. 
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows to enhance team efficiency and sales outcomes.
