What You’ll Do

As a UX Researcher & Designer, you’ll play a key role in improving user experiences and solving real-world problems. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

• User Research: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and identify key challenges.
• Data Analysis: Analyze research findings to uncover user problems and provide actionable insights.
• Design Solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs tailored to specific tasks.
• Specifications & Reviews: Write detailed design specifications and review developers’ implementation to ensure alignment with your vision.
• Usability Testing: Set up usability tests and run A/B experiments to validate design choices and improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven professional with the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UX design or UX research.
• Time Zone: Residing within UTC-01:00 to UTC+03:00 for seamless collaboration.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
• User Advocacy: A strong evidence-based mindset and a passion for representing user needs.
• Problem-Solving Design: A focus on solving real problems through design, beyond just aesthetics.
• English Proficiency: Strong working proficiency in English for clear communication.
