Remote Learning Designer

We’re seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create dynamic and engaging training materials that empower our sales team. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts to develop interactive, visually appealing learning content tailored to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. You'll be instrumental in crafting presentations, eLearning modules, and in-person training materials to drive performance and skills development. 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Design & Creation 

  • Develop impactful training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, and live/virtual session resources. 
  • Use graphic design and storytelling to create visually compelling, branded training content. 
  • Produce diverse formats like infographics, role-play scenarios, and interactive simulations to enhance learner engagement. 

Collaborative Development 

  • Partner with sales leaders, product teams, and SMEs to identify training needs and translate them into effective materials. 
  • Align learning content with sales goals, creating solutions tailored to real-world challenges. 

Learning Strategy & Analysis 

  • Conduct needs assessments to address knowledge gaps and design targeted training solutions. 
  • Employ modern learning strategies like microlearning, role-play exercises, and interactive scenarios for maximum impact. 

Feedback & Continuous Improvement 

  • Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance training programs. 
  • Leverage metrics to measure engagement and retention, iterating content to meet objectives. 

Technology Integration 

  • Manage content delivery through LMS and CMS platforms, ensuring accessibility and alignment with enablement goals. 
  • Stay informed on emerging tools and techniques in instructional design and apply them to enhance training effectiveness. 


What You Bring to the Table 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 5+ years in training content creation, preferably within sales enablement or similar settings. 
  • Skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design with a focus on executive-level materials. 
  • Familiarity with instructional design tools like Articulate RISE or Camtasia. 
  • Basic knowledge of LMS/CMS platforms and adult learning principles. 
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams.
