We’re looking for a meticulous and driven QA Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure our software meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and usability.

About the Role

As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving software quality. From analyzing requirements and writing detailed test plans to performing regression tests and documenting results, your work will ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability for upcoming feature releases.
• Test Plan Creation: Write detailed, comprehensive test plans based on feature requirements and bug fixes.
• Manual Testing: Execute manual testing for specific functionalities and individual pull requests.
• Bug Documentation: Record test results, document testing procedures, and provide detailed steps to reproduce bugs or defects.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to enhance testing processes and recommend improvements based on findings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of QA experience with web-based software applications, including manual testing, regression testing, and writing test plans.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with a variety of software applications, modern operating systems, browsers, and tools like screenshot and video capture utilities.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying defects or improvements others may overlook.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools; experience with automated testing is a bonus.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem Solver: Enthusiastic about solving technical challenges and collaborating in a high-growth setting.

Your Work Schedule

• Hours: Weekdays, during business hours.
• Travel: No travel required.
