QA Analyst – Software Quality Assurance (CRM Product Team)

Integrated with leading custodians and wealth-technology partners, Wealthbox helps financial advisors, enterprise firms, and broker-dealers manage client relationships and streamline their operations.

We are currently looking for a QA Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our software by analyzing requirements, creating test plans, and executing quality assurance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regression testing to ensure new features meet functionality, performance, and usability standards

  • Develop detailed test plans for new features and bug fixes

  • Conduct manual testing on individual pull requests and product updates

  • Document test results and provide clear steps for reproducing bugs or issues

  • Collaborate with the development team to improve testing processes and software quality

Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing for web applications

  • Experience with manual testing, regression testing, bug reporting, and documentation

  • Strong understanding of modern operating systems, browsers, and testing tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with software testing frameworks

  • Experience with automated testing is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule
