We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote sales team. You’ll begin by learning our system, closing deals yourself, and then transition into managing a team of high-performing reps. This role is perfect for someone with a sales background who’s ready to take leadership and scale impact — while earning top-tier commissions.  

🟦 Key Responsibilities 

• Master and execute our sales process
  
  
• Convert leads into clients through phone and Zoom
  
  
• Recruit, train, and manage remote sales representatives
  
  
• Monitor sales KPIs and improve team performance
  
  
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize the lead funnel
  
  
• Report weekly on sales goals, forecasts, and progress
