Senior Account Executive (Remote | $215K–$300K OTE | SaaS Sales Role)

Visible, a fast-growing and profitable SaaS company, is looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and strengthen its sales operations. With a fully remote team of around 20 professionals, Visible supports hundreds of venture capital firms worldwide by simplifying portfolio tracking and insights.

This is not a routine sales role—it’s designed for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and delivering results in a high-performance environment.

About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will take full ownership of revenue generation for Visible’s investor product. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying ideal customers to closing deals, while contributing new ideas to improve the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Own and drive new revenue growth 
  •  Manage inbound leads and execute a structured 30–60 day sales cycle 
  •  Identify and target high-value prospects and run outbound campaigns 
  •  Handle the full sales process from prospecting to closing 
  •  Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track and optimize performance 
  •  Bring innovative ideas and execute them independently 

What We’re Looking For

  •  3+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement 
  •  Strong ability to work independently in a startup environment 
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  •  Ability to understand client challenges and position solutions effectively 
  •  Comfortable discussing financial data and metrics 
  •  Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demo software 
  •  Familiarity with AI tools and their use in sales workflows 

Preferred Experience

  •  Experience selling to venture capital firms or finance leaders (CFOs, GPs) 
  •  Background in fund administration tools or the VC ecosystem

Compensation

  •  On-target earnings: $215,000 to $300,000+ 
  •  50/50 base salary and performance-based incentives 
  •  Additional upside for exceeding targets
