We are seeking a skilled Web3 Blockchain Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building efficient, high-quality backend systems, working with cloud infrastructure, and writing code that seamlessly integrates with smart contracts. You’ll collaborate with a talented backend team and contribute to innovative blockchain projects in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reliable and efficient backend code for cloud-based systems.
• Automate task pipelines and manage backend processes effectively.
• Collect and aggregate data generated by smart contracts.
• Deploy functional code that interacts with off-chain contracts.
• Write clear documentation, design flow diagrams, and support code reviews.
• Collaborate with the backend team and assist in audit processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with Node.js for writing, testing, and deploying applications.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity and using web3.js for blockchain interactions.
• Proficiency in using tools like Hardhat in both testing and production environments.
• Strong understanding of EVM chains, including gas optimization and staking mechanisms.
• Ability to work independently and follow software development best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

• 3–5 years of software development experience, including scripting in trading environments.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and aggregating on-chain data feeds.
• Solid understanding of web3 storage architecture.
• Knowledge of trading bots and building regression models.
