We also create several eLearning plugins used by thousands of online learning platforms worldwide. We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to build and maintain integrations that connect WordPress with external services such as CRMs, email platforms, payment gateways, and social networks. In this role, you will manage features from planning and development to testing and deployment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop new automation integrations for third-party plugins and applications
  
  
• Design, build, and test new features and product improvements
  
  
• Fix bugs reported by customers or the internal support team
  
  
• Refactor legacy code while maintaining backward compatibility
  
  
• Review pull requests and collaborate with teammates on GitHub
  
  
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks
  
  
• Communicate and collaborate with team members through chat, audio, and video meetings
  
  

Requirements
 

• 3+ years of WordPress plugin development experience
  
  
• 4+ years of advanced PHP development, including OOP and modern PHP practices
  
  
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (Stripe, Google, MailChimp, etc.)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of WordPress hooks, actions, and filters
  
  
• Understanding of WordPress security best practices
  
  
• Experience with build tools, Composer, and NPM
  
  
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub version control
  
  
• Experience working remotely and communicating in English
  
  
• Ability to participate in meetings between 9 AM – 5 PM EST
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills
 

• Experience with LearnDash or eLearning platforms
  
  
• JavaScript knowledge (ES6, VueJS, React, jQuery)
  
  
• HTML, CSS, and SCSS expertise
  
  
• MySQL database design and optimization

Work Setup
 
This is a fully remote position with flexible work locations. Company operating hours are generally 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, though full-day coverage is not required.
