Contract Developer - Hospital Construction

Turner & Townsend is hiring a contract developer to support contract management on a major health programme. The work centres on the formation and administration of NEC4 ECC contracts under the H2A Alliance, and on building the systems, processes, and performance frameworks that sit around them. You would give hands-on support to NHS Trusts and project teams.

This is a contract role based in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the contract formation process, including document preparation, due diligence, and onboarding.
• Help set up and administer contract management systems and tools.
• Set up tooling to track and manage contract milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Support the development of systems and tools for the contract management function at alliance and ECC level.
• Keep accurate contract records, correspondence, and reporting documentation.
• Liaise with Trusts, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contract compliance and readiness.
• Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the programme.
• Support the development and implementation of the stakeholder communication plan.
• Support general project management of the contract management team within the Health Delivery Partnership.
• Assist with developing the scope for future phases of programme support in the delivery phase.
