What You’ll Do 

In this role, you’ll be the voice of care and empathy for customers, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations by: 

  • Assisting with health plan inquiries and recommending upgrades.

  • Conducting outbound calls to answer benefit and eligibility questions.

  • Guiding members through online account access and digital tools.

  • Providing accurate, friendly, and timely support.

What You Bring
 

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Computer proficiency and high-speed internet (15 Mbps+).

  • Smartphone or tablet (iOS/Android) for daily log-ins.

  • Wired USB headset preferred (Bluetooth not supported).
