What You’ll Do 

• Design and evolve visual identities across Truv’s website, marketing assets, and digital channels
  
  
• Create engaging graphics for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media
  
  
• Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to maintain consistent brand presentation
  
  
• Design conversion-focused, visually compelling website layouts
  
  
• Produce marketing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, infographics, guides, and enablement assets
  
  
• Deliver high-quality creative work efficiently without compromising attention to detail
  
  
• Stay current with trends in web design, visual design, and digital marketing
  
  
• Contribute to product design efforts such as iconography, illustrations, and UI components (preferred)
  
  
• Maintain and enhance design systems and brand guidelines
  
  

Who You Are
 

• Passionate about creating polished, high-impact designs that support business goals
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in web design, graphic design, or related visual design roles
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, and digital marketing work
  
  
• Experience with product design or UI/UX is a plus
  
  
• Proficient in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  
  
• Solid understanding of responsive design across devices and screen sizes
  
  
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
  
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on design quality
  
  
• Clear communicator able to present and explain design decisions
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
  
  
• Self-starter, quick learner, and collaborative team player
