Position: Head of Product

Salary: €170,000 annually (with yearly performance-based increases)
Location: Fully remote — anywhere in Europe

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, and results-driven Head of Product to lead Toggl’s product organization through its next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll drive our transformation from a time-tracking-focused product to an integrated suite of tools, guiding the company’s journey from $20M to $50M ARR.

You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and B2B SaaS, aligning cross-functional product teams, ensuring high-impact initiatives, and evolving Toggl into a unified ecosystem that delights users and drives revenue growth.

About the Team

We’re a global team of 130+ talented professionals working remotely from over 40 countries. We believe in trust, flexibility, and measurable impact—not hours logged. Every few months, we meet somewhere in the world for in-person retreats and meaningful collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

As Head of Product, you will:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Toggl’s mission and growth objectives.

  • Identify and capitalize on upmarket opportunities while maintaining strong roots in the SMB segment.

  • Leverage data-driven decision-making through analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to optimize engagement and growth.

  • Promote lean research methodologies to drive efficiency and evidence-based decisions.

  • Balance analytical insight with an intuitive understanding of exceptional user experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to strengthen acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.

  • Mentor and inspire a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.

  • Enhance execution speed while maintaining excellence—building repeatable, scalable processes that support innovation and impact.

About You

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS and Product-Led Growth, ideally at companies scaling from $20M to $50M ARR.

  • A keen product sense and the ability to identify and shape great user experiences.

  • Demonstrated success in balancing upmarket and SMB growth strategies.

  • Strong situational leadership—knowing when to delegate, coach, or take the lead.

  • A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution skills.

  • A bold yet pragmatic approach to experimentation, learning from both wins and failures.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex strategies into actionable plans across teams.

Benefits

We offer a people-first, fully remote work culture with exceptional benefits:

  • Freedom & Flexibility: Work when and how much you want—we measure results, not hours.

  • Paid Leave: 24 days off annually + local public holidays.

  • Unlimited sick leave.

  • Paid sabbatical: 4–6 weeks, depending on tenure.

  • In-person team meetups (expenses covered).

  • Laptop budget: Up to €2,500 (renewed every 3 years).

  • Home office setup budget: €2,000 (plus €300 yearly after 3 years).

  • Co-working/internet stipend: €3,000 per year.

  • Professional development fund: €4,000 per year for courses, workshops, and conferences.

  • Health & wellness support: €2,400 per year for physical and mental well-being.
