We are looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships to develop and execute partnership strategies within the retail sector, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and bottle shops. This role will focus on building and managing strategic relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to drive partnership success. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute retail partnership strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Conduct market analysis to identify partnership opportunities. 
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to engage potential partners. 
• Build and present business cases to prioritize strategic partnerships. 
• Lead negotiations and contract management with external partners. 
• Monitor partnership performance using data-driven insights. 
• Support product training and marketing initiatives for retail partners. 

Qualifications 

• 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, SaaS, or consulting. 
• Proven ability to build, negotiate, and close strategic deals. 
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives. 
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal guidance. 

Preferred Experience 

• Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD) 
• Deep understanding of retail technology and industry trends 
• Established network of retail and CPG industry contacts 
• Experience sourcing and managing retail partnerships
