Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager looking to make a real impact? Join our global marketing team and take full ownership of 40+ websites serving international markets. In this pivotal role, you will manage, optimize, and ensure the flawless performance of our websites — supporting lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business growth. 

You will be the main liaison between content, UX, IT, and marketing, ensuring that every visitor experiences a fast, functional, and conversion-optimized journey on our platforms.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain 40+ multilingual websites across global markets.
  
  
• Upload and update content (text, visuals, video) in WordPress CMS.
  
  
• Add new products, create landing pages, and implement campaign content.
  
  
• Coordinate translations and localization with external teams.
  
  
• Identify and resolve website issues; liaise with IT and external web agency.
  
  
• Execute A/B tests and apply CRO best practices.
  
  
• Monitor website performance, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
  
  
• Support regional marketing teams with local updates and technical support.
  
  
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for continuous improvement.
  
  

What We’re Looking For
 

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale or multi-site web platforms.
  
  
• Proficiency in WordPress and understanding of web architecture.
  
  
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, accessibility, and usability.
  
  
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization tools, and analytics.
  
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
  
  
• Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  
  
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
  
  
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
