Tiller is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist users with troubleshooting, product education, and financial spreadsheet customization. If you have experience with Google Sheets and Excel, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping people manage their finances, this role is for you.

About the Role 

• Provide support via Intercom and Discourse for customer inquiries. 
• Assist users in troubleshooting spreadsheet errors, bank connections, and data organization. 
• Educate customers on using Tiller’s financial management tools. 
• Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience. 
• Contribute ideas to improve help center content and user experience. 

Qualifications 

• 1+ years of customer support experience or relevant background. 
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel. 
• Passion for problem-solving and customer service. 
• Availability for at least six-hour shifts, including one weekend day. 
• Interest in personal or small business finances (preferred).
