Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Cantonese/Korean & English) – Remote Healthcare Support

The Hello Team is hiring a Healthcare Customer Relations Specialist to provide high-quality, empathetic support to patients and health plan members. This is a fully remote role where you will assist customers through calls and emails, helping them with appointments, plan enrollment, and general inquiries.

This position is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in English and Cantonese or Korean, who can deliver culturally sensitive and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle customer inquiries via phone (inbound/outbound) and email 
  •  Schedule appointments and follow up with patients 
  •  Assist customers with health plan enrollment and related queries 
  •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 
  •  Perform administrative support tasks 
  •  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service 

Requirements

  •  Fluency in English and Cantonese or Korean (spoken and written) 
  •  Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
  •  Reliable computer setup (Windows 10+, dual monitors) and high-speed internet 
  •  Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus
