TCS is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the Clinical Data Analytics & Insights platform within TCS ADD (Advanced Drug Development). This role demands deep clinical operations knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive product strategy through insight, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the TCS ADD Clinical Data Analytics & Insights platform
  
  
• Translate market trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies into actionable product strategy
  
  
• Work closely with product engineering teams to guide development from a clinical operations and analytics standpoint
  
  
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs, support bid defenses, and deliver impactful product demonstrations
  
  
• Build and mentor a team of domain subject matter experts (SMEs) to support engineering, sales, and implementation efforts
  
  
• Represent TCS as a thought leader through speaking engagements, publications, and innovation showcases
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in product features, data analytics workflows, and user experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharma or Clinical Research industry, focused on clinical operations
  
  
• Hands-on expertise in site selection, monitoring, and process analytics
  
  
• 3–4+ years experience in centralized or risk-based monitoring (RBM)
  
  
• Strong understanding of clinical trial systems: Study/Site Startup, Feasibility, EDC, CTMS, IxRS, RBM, eTMF
  
  
• Strategic thinker with a strong industry network and forward-looking vision
  
  
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex product roadmaps to diverse stakeholders
  
  
• Experience implementing or managing Clinical Data Analytics platforms is a strong plus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  
  
• Proven ability to collaborate across pharma leadership teams and build strategic relationships
  
  
• Exposure to product lifecycle development and cross-functional leadership
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
