As a fast-growing, 10-year-old SaaS company, Talkpush is experiencing increased global demand. Our usage-based billing (covering telecom, advertising, and pay-as-you-go services) is scaling rapidly. Though we currently manage billing manually, we are seeking a leader to optimize financial operations, prepare for capital raising, and support future growth opportunities.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on pricing, margin strategy, and capital planning.
  
  
• Lead FinOps practices, focusing on cost and revenue optimization for telco/cloud infrastructure.
  
  
• Standardize SaaS metrics, including ARR, CAC payback, and gross margin.
  
  
• Develop investor-ready reports and financial forecasts.
  
  
• Manage the Finance Manager overseeing accounting, billing, payroll, and audits.
  
  
• Integrate data from Xero and Maxio into dashboards and financial models.
  
  
• Maintain internal controls and compliance processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For
 

• 6+ years in finance leadership, with at least 2 years in usage-based SaaS ($5M–$20M ARR).
  
  
• Experience managing infrastructure or CPaaS spend.
  
  
• Strong skills in strategic finance, forecasting, and operational improvements.
  
  
• Leadership abilities with a track record of managing small teams and driving end-to-end metrics.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills suited to remote, asynchronous teams.
  
  
• Experience building software tools, dashboards, or automated reports.
